The Access America Prep Summer Immersion Program takes place on the campus of Wesleyan University, one of the most prestigious liberal arts colleges in the US, conveniently located between New York and Boston. Enjoy the campus and facilities including dorms, recreation center, swimming pool, athletic facility, cafeteria, student center and library. Travel locally and to nearby New York City for cultural and recreational outings. Visit and tour selective colleges on the East Coast. And get ready, get in and go to college in America!

Comprehensive Curriculum AAP’s comprehensive, intensive curriculum covers every aspect of the admissions process. Each 3-week session offers either 80 hours of SAT prep and 50 hours of Application Essay Writing Prep or 70 hours of SAT prep and 50 hours of TOEFL iBT prep with a 10-hour “basics” course in Application Essay Writing Prep. Our instructors are also available to students for office hours every day.

Instruction Small classes (maximum 6:1 student-teacher ratio) are taught by certified CORE™ System instructors. Teachers are carefully selected and screened, and only those with superb teaching and test-prep skills make it through the training process. With over 80 hours of training, AAP’s teachers are the best in test prep.

CORE™ System Access America Prep’s proprietary CORE™ System is a proven method for increasing scores on standardized tests. Students learn to quickly identify opportunities in questions and to apply solutions and strategies. For international students, this methodology is vital for overcoming cultural and linguistic obstacles to success, and only AAP has CORE™.

A New Standard in TechnologyTechnology is key to AAP’s test prep approach, from real-time evaluation of student work to constant assessment of progress and customized curriculum for maximized improvement. Laptops are issued to all students while enrolled in the Summer Residential Program. Full access to student work, including course work, practice tests, assessments, teacher comments and multimedia explanatory material is provided through a propriety E-Prep platform.

The exclusive AAP PrepTagTM system provides a custom test prep program to students. Questions are associated with PrepTagsTM indicating everything from difficulty level to applicable strategy.
